2 Ingredient Scones

These scones are wonderfully simple and can be sweet or savoury to your taste. Just lather on some strawberry jam for a delicious sweet treat, or sprinkle on some grated cheddar for a savoury snack.
Ingredients:
180g of self-raising flour
400ml of thickened cream
Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200°c or gas mark 6 and line a flat over tray with grease-proof paper.
Step 2.
Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl and pour-in the cream.
Step 3.
Stir them together using a butter knife until they form a soft, sticky dough.
Step 4.
Gently knead the dough on a floured surface and roll out and dough to approximately 1 1/2 cm thick
Step 5.
Cut the scones and place them onto the tray (cutters make this job easy).
Step 6.
Bake the scones for 15 minutes and then cook on a wire wrack.
